Description
The School Board of Flagler County is seeking submittals for the selection of an independent Certified Public Accounting firm. The firm is to perform audits of the District’s (14) Internal Accounts and (2) Direct Support Organizations. The audit is to cover fiscal year July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023, and the following two additional fiscal years, with a possible extension of two additional, one-year periods. Additional audits/reviews may be added during the contract period at the Board’s discretion. All audits/reviews are to be in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards promulgated by the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts.
