(1) Vendor needs to provide microtransit and paratransit operations technology solutions.– Provide ADA complementary paratransit and microtransit service through a contracted model supported by a unified technology platform, capable of providing comingled service.– Scheduling and Dispatch Technology• Integrated software platforms supporting shared scheduling and dispatch functions across paratransit and microtransit service types.• System architecture, data ownership, reporting capabilities, and integration with other transit data systems.– Rider–Facing Technology• Mobile applications and associated booking platforms, including approaches to accessibility for riders with disabilities and support for multiple languages.• Alternative access methods for riders without access to a smartphone or mobile application.– On–Demand Third–Party Trip Options• Approaches to integrating third–party, on–demand trip providers (e.g., Transportation Network Companies) as a complement to agency–operated service, including accessibility considerations and cost/reconciliation models.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.
