(1) Vendor needs to provide organizational assessment service to the government authority located in Orting, WA. – To retain a consultant that can conduct a management and operations study that will identify the strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities of the organization; assess the number an allocation of personnel, monetary and equipment resources; and make commendations that will improve the organizational effectiveness and efficiency in the delivery of City services.– Consulting services must include analysis and reporting findings related to the areas.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.
