(1) Vendor needs to provide internal medicine physician service to the government authority located in Woodbury, NJ. – Provide medical care and treatment to the residents of nursing home.– Medications and treatments, and at each visit write, sign and date progress notes and orders into the sigma care system.– The physician (s) must designate a qualified individual to be available on–call when necessary 24/7, 365 days per year.(2) The contract period will be for two years.
