Description
(1) Vendor needs to provide mobile license plate reader system.– A mobile license place reader to be mounted on enforcement vehicles to scan vehicle license plates in real time.– The system must work with and integrate with T2 systems which is the city’s current parking enforcement software.– The license plate reader should communicate directly with T2 Systems’ parking management software, allowing parking enforcement teams to sync license plate reads with digital hotlists, view real–time violations and issue electronic citations quickly. – The data should flow directly from the LPR into T2 Systems Mobile Enforcement App or ETicketbook on mobile devices.– Current T2 System Core Flex Professional Edition with Flex ETicketbook with LPR subscription,Flex Mobile Enforcement and Flex Test Instance.– System Deployment Supply and installation of ALPR hardware mobile or fixed cameras and software.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 27, 2026.
