ACCT-26382 - USA (Fort Worth, Texas) - Development and Financial Consulting Services - Deadline October 9,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide development and financial consulting services to the government authority located in Fort Worth, TX.– Provide guidance in establishing the initial development concept and conducting predevelopment Activities.– Prepare initial pro–forms and budgets.– Advise agency with regard to the impact of the mixed–income finance project on theoperating budget and future cash flow.– Assist in the representation of the financial interests of agency in negotiations with allParties.– Review proposed development budgets.– Perform Pre–construction Document and Cost reviews, as well as provide MonthlyConstruction Monitoring, together with any supporting documentation, photographs, andother materials and Project Closeout Services.– Assist as directed with coordinating and/or managing project issues such as timeline,permitting, design, variances, zoning, etc. before and during construction.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 21, 2026.
