Vendor needs to provide chief information officers mentor application services to the government authority located in Bethesda, MD.                           – Mentors are assigned a group of 6–10 participants to discuss current challenges, answer questions, and help participants plan a real–world capstone project.– Mentors serve as trusted advisors, providing guidance, support, and encouragement to help their peers grow in their career and leadership journey.• Participate in a one–hour mentor orientation virtually. • Travel to attend two in–person program events (three total days of programming). • Lead 6 monthly, 1.5–hour virtual meetings with a group of 6–10 participants to answer questions and help participants plan their capstone project. • Communicate with participants on message boards or email on an ad hoc basis.
