CONS-23631 - USA (Davie, Florida) - Parking Lot Expansion Service - Deadline October 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide parking lot expansion service to the government authority located in Davie, FL.• required by and indicated on the included contract drawings.B. Contractor shall remove and dispose of the existing basketball court lighting as required and indicated on the included contract drawings.C. Contractor shall install new asphalt parking where indicated and mill and overlay the existing parking including necessary signage, curbing, parking stops, and striping as required and indicated on the included contract drawings.D. Contractor shall provide and install all necessary boxes and conduit, concrete foundation, and accessories required to install the new site lighting as required by and indicated on the included contract drawings.E. Contractor shall provide and install all landscaping and irrigation as required by and indicated on the included contract drawings.F. Contractor shall be responsible for the complete restoration of all areas disturbed and/or damaged during construction to existing or better condition including, but not limited to, landscape, signage, walkways, etc.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 10, 2026.
