CLEANING-13103 - USA (Raleigh, North Carolina) - Janitorial Services - Deadline August 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Raleigh, NC.– Provide daily cleaning, including all necessary labor, supervision, materials, equipment, supplies and personnel in order to keep the subject building respectfully clean and properly supplied the areas to be cleaned consist of offices, conference rooms, laboratory spaces, restrooms, hallways, stairwells, corridors, porches, decks, ancillary spaces and storage areas.– Work from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, except state holidays.– Vacuum carpeted areas and walk off mats, including elevator cabs. – Sweep and/or vacuum non–carpeted areas. – Empty all inside/outside trash receptacles, replace liners and place in dumpster. – Clean both sides of all interior and exterior door glass. – Dust and wipe down light fixtures in stairwells. – Breakrooms in common areas: Clean tabletops, counter tops, floors, sinks, outside of appliances (microwaves, toasters, refrigerators). – Clean and polish door hardware and kick plates with metal cleaner.– Clean baseboards, cove base, floor molding, door sides and trim, and woodwork. (2) The contract period will be for three years.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 22, 2026. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.
