CLEANING-12997 - USA (Boynton Beach, Florida) - Janitorial Services - Deadline July 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Boynton Beach, FL. – Perform routine nightly custodial and janitorial services and one day per week daytime cleaning of restricted suite at agency facility. – Consumables: Fill, clean, and sanitize all soap and towel dispensers.– Waste management: Empty, clean, and disinfect all waste receptacles; install new liners daily.– Surface disinfection: Clean and disinfect all washbasins, counters, piping, and fixtures.– Brightwork: Clean and polish all mirrors, chrome, and stainless steel surfaces to a streak–free shine.– Fixture sanitation: Wash and disinfect all toilet seats, flush valves, and exterior surfaces of urinals and toilets.– Stain removal: Scrub interior toilet bowls and urinals to remove stains, cleaning thoroughly underneath rims.– Deep descaling: Clean urinals and toilets with an approved liquid toilet bowl cleaner to remove and prevent mineral scale build–up.– Trap maintenance: Add water and/or owner–approved drain maintenance product to floor drains located in kitchens, bathrooms, and showers to maintain the vapor trap, limit sewer fly larvae, and prevent sewer gas odors.– Restrooms.– Showers and locker rooms.– Entries, lobbies, hallways, corridors, common areas, and stairwells.– Kitchens, break rooms, and patios.– Elevators and elevator lobbies.– Conference, training and meeting rooms.– Offices and workstations.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for two years. (4) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on July 8, 2026.
