(1) Vendor needs to provide housing assistance payments service to the government authority located in Belvidere, NJ. – Housing assistance program funds as per the provisions of the quality housing and work responsibility act of 1998, as amended, and will receive federal financial assistance pursuant to such act.– Staffing provide the field office staff necessary to administer the county's housing assistance payments program.– Program director provide for general direction over the housing assistance payments program and will provide for the day–to–day operation of the warren county self sufficiency, and and voucher projects.– Program administrator provide for the day to day operation of the county housing assistance payments program at the direction of the program director.– Housing inspector the inspector will provide for necessary inspection services to assist housing assistance payments program staff.
