(1) Vendor needs to provide mulching and disposal services for vegetative waste to the government authority located in St. Cloud, FL.                            – Process clean yard and vegetative waste received.– Yard and vegetative debris is generated from commercial and residential lawn maintenance and land clearing activities.– This includes, but is not limited to, loose yard debris, such as grass clippings, brush and limb debris, tree trimmings, palm fronds, logs and stumps.– To manage vegetative waste efficiently and in an environmentally responsible manner, while providing high–quality service to the community.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.
