(1) Vendor needs to provide website and intranet redesign services.• The new website and internal intranet will strengthen our communication to our students, staff, community and the public, support consistent branding, enhance storytelling, simplify content management and provide a secure, accessible and reliable digital experience.1. Website and intranet design and user experience:– The discovery process with designated district stakeholders to identify website audiences, goals, branding navigation requirements and desired functionality.– Develop a responsive design that automatically adapts to common desktop, tablet and mobile screen sizes.2. Website and intranet strategy, information, architecture, and design:– Development of a coordinated public website and internal intranet strategy, information architecture and cohesive design system for agency.– Intranet pathways for employees to locate district and school resources, procedures, forms, announcements, calendars, directories and frequently used applications.– Customized forms and data collection methods, including job and event postings, record requests, student volunteer hours tracking and facility rentals.3. Content strategy, development, and migration:– Standards for page structure, headings, length, links, calls to action and plain language.– Webpages that reflect various communities while supporting a consistent district identity.4. Optional content migration:– Evaluation, improvement, consolidation and migration of existing public website and intranet content.5. Website and intranet content management features:– Creating, editing, previewing, scheduling, publishing, unpublishing and archiving content.– Role–based permissions, approval workflows, version history and restoration.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 05, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
