RFP #0064-N - Technical Assistance for Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH)

The A&I Procurement Office will receive proposals for providing training focused on establishing streamlined referral pathways for mental health and substance use treatment in rural environments, and developing structured follow-up and ongoing support protocols for Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH)-eligible clients, for the State of Wyoming, Wyoming Department of Health, Behavioral Health Division (Agency) through the Public Purchase online bidding system. Proposals are due no later than 2:00:00 P.M. (Mountain Time) on November 12, 2026. Written questions about the procurement should be submitted through the Public Purchase online bidding system until 2:00:00 P.M. Mountain Time on October 15, 2026. Any questions received after that deadline may not be accepted or considered. Each question should be submitted individually. All responses must be uploaded completely through the Public Purchase online bidding system no later than the 2:00:00 p.m. MT due date indicated in the document. If your submission has not completely uploaded by the 2:00:00 p.m. MT deadline, the Public Purchase system will lock and your response will be incomplete and deemed non-responsive and eliminated from the evaluation process. It is the bidder/proposer’s responsibility to monitor Public Purchase for answers to questions, addenda, award information or other additional information related to the solicitation.
