(1) Vendor needs to provide investment consulting service to the government authority located in Denver, CO. • Investment Advisory:– Monitor Policy compliance and regularly communicate monitoring results– Proactively review and communicate any recommended changes to the Investment Policy• Manager Selection & Monitoring:– The Consultant will support agency in the identification, evaluation, and selection of investment managers across asset classes.• Fee Management and Benchmarking:– The Consultant will provide ongoing oversight of investment–related fees to ensure cost efficiency and alignment with industry standards.– Identifying opportunities for cost savings, including lower–cost share classes or implementation structures• Compliance & Regulatory Support:– The Consultant will support ongoing compliance with the IPS and applicable regulatory expectations.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 07, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
