EXTRA-79329 - USA (Lee\'s Summit, Missouri) - Supplemental Probation Services - Deadline November 19,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide supplemental probation services to the government authority located in Lee's Summit, MO. – Provide supplemental probation supervision and related services for defendants placed on probation by the agency's summit municipal court on an as needed basis. • Enroll and orient defendants placed on probation, including explaining probation requirements, reporting expectations, deadlines, fees, and consequences of noncompliance.• Maintain regular contact with defendants as appropriate based upon the requirements established by the referring Municipal Judge.• Monitor defendants for compliance with all conditions of probation and directives of the Municipal Judge.• Monitor and identify, to the extent reasonably available through authorized criminal justice information systems or other lawful means, arrests, citations, or new criminal charges occurring during the probationary period.• Monitor and verify completion of court–ordered programs, classes, treatment, evaluations, community service, or other probation conditions.• Monitor payment of court–ordered fines, restitution, court costs, probation fees, and other financial obligations as directed by the Court.• Document defendant compliance and noncompliance and maintain accurate probation records.• Promptly notify the Municipal Court of significant violations, new arrests or charges, failure to complete required conditions, failure to report, or other material noncompliance.• Provide status reports and recommendations to the Municipal Court as requested.• Appear before the Municipal Court as necessary to provide information regarding a defendant's probation status, compliance, or alleged violations.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 16, 2026.
