(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based ScriptLink and web services.– Provide professional ScriptLink and web services development, maintenance, and support services for its web–based electronic health record (“EHR“), Netsmart myAvatar NX.– Services may include development of custom solutions, modification of existing functionality, operational support, and technical consultation intended to improve clinical, administrative, and operational workflows while maintaining system integrity, security, and performance.– ScriptLink Development and Support:• Design, develop, modify, test, implement, and maintain custom scripts to support myAvatar NX functionality.• Troubleshoot and resolve ScriptLink–related issues.– Web Services and Integration Support:• Design, develop, modify, test, implement, and maintain custom web services supporting myAvatar NX functionality.• Troubleshoot and resolve web service–related issues.– Technical Consultation.• Assess technical feasibility of enhancement requests.• Recommend implementation approaches.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on November 5, 2026(3) The contract period will be for three years.
