(1) Vendor needs to provide professional water main replacements service to the government authority located in Chandler, AZ. – Provide implementing a long–term, risk–based water main replacement program to upgrade or replace aging water distribution and transmission main infrastructure, improve system reliability, reduce water main failures, and reduce liability from water damage because of main breaks.– Program will proactively replace deteriorating water mains before catastrophic failure while coordinating improvements with planned street reconstruction, utility upgrades, and other capital improvement projects.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.
