MRB-57005 - USA (Massachusetts) - Enterprise Data Governance Strategy and Implementation Plan Services - Deadline October 9,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise data governance strategy and implementation plan services.– Create a sustainable governance structure to define, manage, and review data elements, maintain data quality and security, and communicate with court leaders and data–entry staff.– Document the architecture of the trial court’s data management systems in a reliable and easy–to–update format, including data elements and codes, tables, validations, and incoming and outgoing data feeds.– Create streamlined and intuitive policies and procedures for entering, validating, updating, storing, accessing, using, and sharing data.– Create or improve policies and procedures for managing the need for, creation, use, modification, and monitoring of data codes and making them more user–friendly.– Create or improve policies and procedures for documenting and communicating changes to data architecture, data elements and codes, tables, validations, and data feeds.– Create training and development resources to enable court staff to understand and comply with policies and procedures related to data security, data entry, and data quality.– Create or improve policies and procedures for monitoring data quality, including the accuracy and completeness of data inputs.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on September 17, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
