THE STATE OF RHODE ISLAND IS SEEKING PROPOSALS FROM QUALIFIED TRAINING PROVIDERS TO BE LISTED ON MPA 527. MPA 527 PROVIDES VENDORS WHO HAVE THE CAPACITY TO DEVELOP AND/OR DELIVER BOTH WEB-BASED (E-LEARNING) AND CLASSROOM (FACE-TO-FACE) TRAINING WORKSHOPS AND MATERIALS FOR AN ADULT LEARNING ENVIRONMENT. MPA 527 IS DESIGNED TO SUPPORT AND ENHANCE THE SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE OF THE STATE’S WORKFORCE AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF ITS EMPLOYEES. Proposals received by 12/30/2025 by 2:00 PM EST will be evaluated for award of the initial contract.
