(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive plan update services to the government authority located in Marshfield, WI. – Prepare a complete update to agency’s comprehensive plan, as required. – Provide the full range of professional planning services required to produce an adopted comprehensive plan.• Project management: Prepare a project roadmap identifying phases, a schedule of activities and deliverables and defined roles and decision points for agency.• Review of existing plans, data and conditions: Review all applicable agency, regional, and county planning documents for consistency, conflict, and continued relevance.• Public participation plan: Prepare a public participation plan.• Community engagement.• The nine required comprehensive plan elements: Develop a vision, goals, objectives, policies, and programs for each of the nine elements required.• Implementation strategy and toolkits: Develop an implementation strategy, working with agency staff and department heads, that includes the implementation matrix, catalytic sites analysis, TID alignment analysis and plan maintenance program.• Graphics and presentation: Provide design and presentation services(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 4, 2026.
