(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager at risk services to the government authority located in Lexington, SC.– Provide and install a new and complete Fire Alarm System in the original areas of the building, to include new cabling, devices, main panels, sub–panels, and system programming (newly installed raceways shall be utilized).– Decommissioning and demolition of the existing system following the successful activation and formal inspection of the new system.– Synthetic Turf System – Removal of existing sod and topsoil, followed by the installation of a new synthetic turf system, including associated concrete work, fencing, storm drainage, infrastructure, and related accessories.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 7, 2026.
