(1) Vendor needs to provide rural transformational telemedicine program services to the government authority located in Kansas.– Telemedicine providers to furnish virtual clinical services and implementation support for the rural state transformational telemedicine program serving participating rural hospitals throughout state.– Provide a comprehensive telemedicine solution to support participating rural hospitals through one or more of the following service lines:• Emergency Medicine• Hospitalist/Inpatient Medicine• Behavioral Health and Psychiatry– Provide:• Board–certified telemedicine physician services.• Technology and equipment deployment support.• Integration with hospital clinical workflows and electronic medical records.• Training and implementation support.• Quality improvement and care transformation support.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 12, 2026.
