EDUCATION-18407 - USA (Columbia, South Carolina) - Textbook Freight Services - Deadline October 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide textbook freight services to the government authority located in Columbia, SC. – For the delivery of textbooks and other instructional materials to approximately 1,200 schools located throughout the state. – The textbooks and other instructional materials are shipped from the publishers to a Central Depository and surplus materials are returned from the schools to the Depository. – Freight services are required for pick–up from the Depository and delivery to all schools located throughout the state.– An asset based freight carrier with its own owned or leased fleet and terminal infrastructure. – Freight brokers, third party logistics providers (3PLs), or entities operating with only a single tractor trailer or limited equipment capacity shall not be considered responsive(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 17, 2026.(3) The contract period will be seven years.
