(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud migration and hosting services. – Agency is seeking a clearer understanding how suppliers would baseline current services and the range of suppliers capable of delivering the outcomes we are targeting across the full Cloud migration and hosting services lifecycle, from discovery and migration, through to post–support and ongoing hosting.• Cloud Migration Models and Techniques: Agency is seeking information on current and emerging Cloud migration approaches, including how AI enabled tools and methods can support more complex or large–scale migrations. Our aim is to understand how suppliers streamline, automate, and de risk migration activity, particularly in environments with significant legacy systems.• Cloud Hosting Options: Agency is interested in the range of secure, fit for purpose hosting environments suitable for government workloads. This includes options that balance performance, resilience, cost efficiency, and appropriate data protections. We are also keen to understand how modern hosting approaches could provide materially lower price points than those currently available to government.• Commercial Models: Agency is seeking to understand commercial models that meaningfully reduce costs, leverage economies of scale, and strengthen long term financial stewardship across the system. We are also interested in how suppliers structure models to optimise outcomes at agency/entity, cluster, and system levels.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026.
