MRB-57892 - USA (South Carolina) - Removal, Marketing, Sale, Fulfillment, and Disposition Services - Deadline October 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide removal, marketing, sale, fulfillment, and disposition services.– The Contractor shall remove, handle, load, transport, and store authorized memorabilia assets in a manner that protects the assets from unnecessary damage, loss, theft, or deterioration.– The Contractor shall develop and implement a marketing and sales strategy designed to maximize the financial return to the University while appropriately presenting the historical and collectible nature of the assets.– The University’s designated contract administrator shall approve in writing proposed product formats, pricing, discounts, auction methods, and significant changes to the Contractor’s marketing strategy before implementation.– The Contractor shall provide professional photography, item descriptions, cataloging, product development, and packaging appropriate to the type and value of the memorabilia.– The Contractor shall maximize net proceeds to the University while minimizing University–paid removal, transportation, storage, marketing, fulfillment, and other project costs.– The Contractor shall maintain an itemized inventory of all assets received from the University. The inventory shall identify, at a minimum, the asset category, quantity, condition, date received, storage location, sales status, sales price, and final disposition.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 21, 2026.(3) Contact period will be for one year.
