Old Knight Road Sidewalk Improvement Project

This project will construct sidewalks and fill in gaps of the existing sidewalk network along Knightdale Boulevard (US 64 Business) and Old Knight Road totaling approximately 1,255 linear feet of sidewalk. Sidewalk construction along Knightdale Boulevard (approximately 160 linear feet) will include pavement markings, signage, and sidewalk and is not expected to involve roadway or drainage improvements. Sidewalk construction along Old Knight Road (approximately 1,095 linear feet) will include pavement markings, sidewalk, drainage improvements, minor roadway improvements, and curb and gutter. This project is a partnership between the Town of Knightdale and the Wake County Transit Tax District Community Funding Program. This project will not receive federal funding and will be bid to the Town of Knightdale standards.
