Description
The City of New Smyrna Beach, Florida (hereinafter referred to as "the City") is seeking qualified Bidder/ Vendor/ Contractor to provide sidewalks, driveways, curbs and miscellaneous concrete repairs throughout the city. The contract resulting from this solicitation shall commence effective upon issuance of an agreement by the city and extend for a period of three (3) years. The contract may be renewed for two (2) additional one (1) year periods, upon approval of the city commission. The City will review all requests for price adjustments annually at the renewal term. One or more contractors may be awarded the contract. This is a new term contract for the city and the services requested will be on an as needed basis. The City will not be held to any maximum or minimum purchase quantities as a result of this solicitation and/or resulting contract. The estimated order amount is up to $100,000. Projects that exceed $25,000 will need to be approved by city commission. Purchase orders will be issued for each project and the duration of each project will depend on the scope of the project.
