Services for Persons with Disabilities

The purpose of the Request for Statement of Qualifications (RSQ) is to select the most highly qualified firm to provide the requested services. Submittals will be reviewed and evaluated as to qualifications to perform the services required by the Children and Families Advisory Board (CFAB), who will make a recommendation for award by the County Council. It is anticipated that selected firm will be awarded a Contract period of an initial three (3) year term with one (1) subsequent two (2) year renewal option. Approximately $219,202.00 will be available to fund programs under this RSQ in Volusia County’s Fiscal Year 2025/2026 contingent upon County Council approval. Annual funding will be contingent upon County Council approval of the Children and Families Advisory Board budget. All renewals will be contingent upon mutual and written agreement and, when applicable, approval of the County Council.
