(1) Vendor needs to provide intrusion, monitoring and security camera systems to the government authority located in Mechanicsville, VA.• Retail locations will require varying camera configurations based on factors including store size, geographic location, square footage, sales volume, facility layout, and overall security risk profile• To support proposal development, information for all 390 store locations has been provided, including location details, square footage, and the designated camera package requested for each site.– Security Infrastructure Upgrades• Replacement and upgrade of aging security camera systems and surveillance hardware.• Replacement and upgrade of monitoring and video recording equipment.• Modernization of intrusion detection and alarm systems.– Communications Modernization• Migration of approximately 135 locations from legacy POTS–based alarm communications to Flex IP panels.– Technology Standardization and Integration• Standardization of surveillance, intrusion detection, and monitoring technologies across all locations.• Improved integration between surveillance, alarm, and monitoring systems.• Consolidation of equipment standards, software platforms, and support processes where practical.– Centralized Management and Cybersecurity• Implementation of centralized management and monitoring capabilities.• Enhancement of cybersecurity protections for all connected security devices.– Support and Lifecycle Management• Establishment of standardized maintenance, support, and lifecycle management practices.(2) The contract period will be for five years.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 07, 2026.
