(1) Vendor needs to provide educational programs and related services to the government authority located in White Plains, NY.– Work includes identifying and addressing individual learning needs, re–engaging youth in the educational process, and providing appropriate academic supports designed to promote educational stability, progress, and success.– Promptly identifying and contacting the appropriate school district and/or educational agency upon a youth’s admission.– Obtaining educational records, transcripts, current course schedules, credits earned, attendance information, testing information, Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), Plans, evaluations, behavioural plans, and other records necessary to provide appropriate educational services.– Coordinating with school districts, Committees on Special Education (CSEs), special education personnel, and other appropriate parties to ensure continuity of mandated special education programs, accommodations, related services, and other educational supports.– Determining each youth’s current academic status, credit needs, graduation requirements, and appropriate educational programming.– Ensuring, to the greatest extent practicable, continuity of coursework and preservation and transfer of academic credit during the youth's detention.– Providing school districts with necessary educational information regarding work completed, credits earned, assessments, attendance, progress, and other relevant educational records.– Coordinating educational transition and reentry planning prior to a youth's release, transfer, or return to his or her school district.– Maintaining appropriate documentation of all contacts, requests for records, follow–up efforts, records received, services provided, and transition activities.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 27, 2026.(3) Site visit will be held on October 21, 2026.
