Description
In general, the work consists of, but is not limited to, re-constructing the existing recreation trail at Casa Verde and installing other intersection and traffic signal improvements at the intersection of Del Monte and Casa Verde. The work shall include, but not be limited to, removing existing pavement; new pavement for the realigned bicycle trail; modifying median islands; reconstructing curb returns to allow joint pedestrian and bicycle traffic; modifying traffic signals to accommodate dedicated left-turn phasing on Casa Verde and a Leading Pedestrian Interval (LPI), realigned crosswalks and lane geometry modifications; installing storm drain improvements; and new streetlighting .
