(1) Vendor needs to provide VOIP phone system. – A modern, secure, supportable unified communications and telephone solution to replace the existing on–premise Mitel MiVoice Connect environment.– Providing a scalable platform for voice, softphone and mobile communications, contact center, emergency calling, and special–purpose telephony integrations – Cloud services, software, gateways, SBCs, equipment, licenses, subscriptions, and professional services.– Migration of numbers, extensions, users, call flows, voicemail, contact center, E911, and retained special–purpose integrations.– Phased migration, cutover, testing, rollback, and minimal service interruption.– Complete replacement of the Mitel MiVoice Connect system.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 12, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
