Vibration Analysis Support Services

The purpose of this request for remote machinery health management analysis services (vibration analysis) is to support TRWD staff in evaluating rotating machinery behavior and condition. TRWD is looking to contract with a certified vibration analyst to perform remote monitoring of TRWD’s existing Emerson CSI vibration system monthly as well as on an on-call emergency basis during events involving TRWD’s rotating machinery (pumps and hydro turbine). Additionally, the selected vibration analyst will be asked to review and make recommendations on point configuration and alarm limits. Do not provide fee estimates, pricing, or billing rate information as part of the SOQ submittal. However, the selected Company will be expected to submit an Initial Fee Estimate (along with any assumptions made in order to arrive at a figure), based on the anticipated scope of work within the period of time outlined in section SOQ SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS, Schedule. The intent of this request is to expedite the negotiation phase and the estimate is to serve only as a starting point for these negotiations
