(1) Vendor needs to provide adolescent treatment services to the government authority located in Montgomery, AL.• Provide and implement core adolescent substance use treatmentservices • The required services may be delivered in a clinically appropriatesetting that accommodates the therapeutic needs of the adolescent, and protects the privacy, wellbeing, and welfare of the adolescent.• Tele–behavioral health services should only be considered at the request of the adolescent and guardian as an option to eliminate access to care barriers including but not limited to a lack of transportation, availability of technology and limited treatment resources in the service• Mental Health Consultation– Recovery Support Services– Peer Counseling Services– Medication Management– Alcohol and/or drug testing– Smoking Cessation Services(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 22, 2026.
