Description
This project will construct a new 10,000 square-foot steel metal shell building at the Los Reales Sustainability Campus. Construction will include all utility connections and stub-outs, an adjacent 1,000 square-foot concrete pad, site work (paving, curbing, landscaping, and irrigation), and other miscellaneous incidental work. Site work will be made in conjunction with on-going improvements at the Hazardous Household Waste facility located immediately to the south of the proposed metal building location.
