(1) Vendor needs to provide pre–employment applicant skills assessments service to the government authority located in Lakewood, WA. – Provide pre–employment applicant skills assessments on an as–needed basis for applicant screening purposes. – Agency needs online testing resources to assess the knowledge, skills, eligibility and suitability of candidates as related to specific jobs as part of the agency’s screening process for qualified applicants.– All screening and assessments must be validated to provide an unbiased, fair and consistent basis for employee selection.• Agency requests assessments for job related skills testing to determine that applicants have the necessary knowledge, skills and experience for jobs in roles such as Customer Service, Finance/Accounting, Human Resources, Administrative, Management, Information Technology, Operations (including Transit Operators), and Maintenance.• Technical/skills testing:– Customer service– Microsoft office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)– Data entry– Call center/phone communication– Time management/organization skills– Attention to detail– Professional writing analysis– Spelling/grammar– Knowledge and aptitude of trade (i.e., mechanical, technical, etc.)– Knowledge and aptitude of profession (i.e., accounting/finance, information technology, human resources, etc.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 17, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for two years.
