(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial maintenance services to the government authority located in San Diego, CA.• Janitorial maintenance (trash litter removal and recycling, parking lot and platform sweeping, general station cleaning, site inspections, etc.).• Restroom janitorial maintenance services.• Street sweeping parking lots.• Power washing passenger platforms and bus bays.• Pest control and bee removal services.(2) A pre–bid meeting and site–visit will be held on September 18, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than September 22, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
