General work description:Washington County is seeking quotes for printed envelopes. Envelopes must meet the attached specifications, samples have been included for reference. Shipping must be included in the quoted price and envelopes must be received no later than September 5, 2020. INSTATE PRINTING All work must be performed in accordance with ORS 282.210 PUBLIC PRINTING. ORS282.210 states, in part, that unless otherwise exempted, all public printing, binding and stationery work shall be performed within the state of Oregon. Bidders will submit an affidavit declaring that all public printing, binding and stationery work shall be performed within the state of Oregon.
