(1) Vendor needs to provide compliance services to the government authority located in OR. – Assess agency’s current compliance position, correct what the assessment finds and provide ongoing compliance support. • Project initiation and data gathering: Conduct a kick–off meeting and submit a written data request.• Registration and standards applicability: Confirm whether the agency's current registrations are complete and accurate.• Annual compliance reporting calendar: Produce a calendar of all periodic filings, data submittals, self–certifications and other time–sensitive actions.• Produce a manual sized for a utility with limited dedicated compliance staff.• Evidence retention index: Produce an index organized by applicable standard and requirement identifying the records the agency should retain, retention periods consistent with agency rules and storage and naming conventions compatible with a agency–hosted repository.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026. (3d) An optional pre–bid meeting will be held on October 14, 2026.
