(1) Vendor needs to provide auditorium sound and projection system to the government authority located in Rochelle, NY.• Provide and install a new wall–mounted equipment rack in the auditorium booth to replace the existing rack currently located on top of the auditorium stage electrical box.• New HDMI switching and routing system capable of managing the required video sources and routing signals to the auditorium projector.– Two (2) locking storage drawers for secure storage of peripherals, rechargeable batteries, chargers, and related equipment.– One (1) new 32–channel digital audio mixer capable of control through the mixing console and compatible mobile devices and Windows/Mac computers.– One (1) HDMI input wall plate located near the mixing console for convenient connection of local video sources.– One (1) XLR wall plate located in the booth.– One (1) eight–button control station located near the mixing console for remote operation of the projector, motorized projection screen, HDMI switching/routing equipment, and other programmed system functions.– Connection to the nearest existing PA speaker/system as necessary to provide automatic muting of the auditorium sound system during announcements. – This function shall be capable of being temporarily disabled through system programming when required.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 20, 2026.
