CONS-24697 - USA (Myrtle Beach, South Carolina) - Grounds and Landscape Maintenance Services - Deadline November 24,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide grounds and landscape maintenance services to the government authority located in Myrtle Beach, SC – Work shall include, as applicable to each location, the care and maintenance of all turf areas, plant material, landscape plants/plant beds, shrubs/shrub beds, trees, tree rings, pond areas, pathways, walkways, sidewalks, curbing, other paved and unpaved surfaces to include parking areas and other areas as outlined in these specifications. – Work shall include mowing, trimming, edging, weed control, pest control, planting, fertilization, weed control and blowing of driveways and porches, weed control at fences, over seeding, mulching, pruning, removal/replacement of dead/dying plant material, shrubs and/or trees, irrigation maintenance and repair and waste removal and disposal. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 10, 2026. (3) Mandatory pre–bid conference will be held on November 3, 2026.
