(1) Vendor needs to provide professional re–accreditation services to the government authority located in Zephyrhills, FL.– Assisting with the Department's re–accreditation efforts with the commission for state law enforcement accreditation.– Identifying areas for improvement based on the accreditation standards– Assisting with the retention of records and documentation related to the accreditation process.– Working with the leadership to review policies and procedures in the Power system.– Conduct Department facilities inspections to identify areas out of compliance with accreditation standards.– Assist Department leadership with communications, contracts, and meetings with state officials.– Ensuring the Department is keeping up to date with any accreditation standard changes.– Providing necessary training to Department leadership and/or staff relating to the reaccreditation process.– The successful firm should be located within 100 miles from the Department.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 19, 2026.
