(1) Vendor needs to provide social media services.– Provide social media services through June 30, 2028.– Support foundation VP of brand and marketing in development and execution of social media strategy.– Provide staffing to serve as content producers for: foundation bowl season events; year–round events; and community engagement activities.– Capture real–time social content at events, including short–form video, photography, behind the–scenes content, interviews, fan and community moments and sponsor and partner moments.– Provide social media analytics, insights, and recommendations to help improve performance.– Collaborate with foundation internal teams and third–party partners, as needed, to ensure messaging, timing and brand alignment.– Assist with platform–specific copywriting, captions, posting, and content optimization.– Support social–first storytelling around foundation’s community impact, including teachers, students, youth, volunteers, partners, fans and state communities.(2) The contract period will be for two years.
