Vendor needs to provide supported rehabilitative residence services on an as needed basis to the government authority located in Washington, DC. – Provide Supported Rehabilitative Residence (SRR) services for consumers in the agency. – Provide the required services to facilitate and sustain the community tenure of adult individuals with a diagnosis of severe and persistent mental illness, with the need for 24–hour staff supervision, on–site rehabilitation and who are enrolled with agency.
