(1) Vendor needs to provide district–wide educational audiology services to the government authority located in Newburgh, NY. • Evaluations: Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and annual evaluations and interpretresults for teachers and educational teams (as needed).• Technology Management–Select, fit and maintain personal hearing aids and hearing assistive technology, i.e. FM Systems. Audiologists are the only school professionals who are licensed and trained to fit (HAT).• Consult on students being tested and considered for hearing assistive technology.• Counseling and Training: Provide guidance and training to school administrators, chairpersons, and case managers on audiology related questions that arise during the school year.• Special Education Support–Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Plan), 504 and meetings to advocate appropriate accommodation (as needed).(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 9, 2026.
