The South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) is soliciting bids to furnish and deliver two (2) 5,500 gallon CAPTOR CONTAINMENT SYSTEM tanks to Charleston County. All containment tanks shall meet or exceed the specifications contained in Section III of this solicitation.
