(1) Vendor needs to provide eligible retirees medicare advantage insurance services to the government authority located in Brooksville, FL.– Centres for medicare and medicaid services (CMS) approval letter(s) such as:– number (often written as is the contract ID assigned by CMS) or contract approval (approval for their Medicare contract.– Annual bid approval letter.– Benefit package approval (including supplemental benefits).– Network adequacy approval.– Marketing material approval (e.g., evidence of coverage, summary of benefits).– Medical coverage details:– Primary care and specialist visit copays.– Hospital inpatient coverage.– Outpatient services.– Prescription drug coverage for medicare advantage prescription drug:– Tier structure.– Preferred pharmacy options.– Extra or supplemental benefits:– Dental.– Vision.– Hearing aids.– Over‑the‑counter (OTC) allowance.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
