(1) Vendor needs to provide specialized demographic research and statistical analysis services to the government authority located in Rockville, MD.A. Accurate Data Processing and Adjustment– Accurately apply approved adjustment methodologies to mortality, natality, and linked birth/infant death datasets using statistical analysis methods.– Produce adjusted datasets that correctly compensate for documented racial misclassification on state vital records.B. Data Security and Compliance– Comply with all information security requirements, HIPAA regulations, and data handling protocols.C. Technical Expertise and Problem–Solving– Demonstrate advanced knowledge of demographic methods including mortality analysis, life table construction, life expectancy calculation, analysis, and standardization techniques.– Provide technical assistance to staff regarding analytical methods, algorithmic approaches, and interpretation of results.D. High–Quality Technical Products– Produce well–documented, efficient, and maintainable analytical code, also contributing successfully to the modification of existing code, following industry best practices.– Provide clear, comprehensive written explanations of methodologies, calculations, and results(2) Contact term will be for one Year.
