(1) Vendor needs to provide banking, cash courier and credit card processing services to the government authority located in Rhode Island.– Provide an integrated suite of banking, merchant processing, lockbox, cash–courier, investment, and purchase–card services that collectively support the Corporation’s daily operational, financial, and cash–management needs.– Deliver secure, reliable, and fully compliant services that ensure accurate transaction processing, timely settlement of funds, efficient cash handling, and robust financial reporting.• Maintaining operating, settlement, and lockbox depository accounts.• Providing merchant credit card processing services across card–present and card–not–present channels.• Operating or subcontracting a lockbox facility for incoming remittances.• Offering secure, insured, and reliable cash courier services from agency landfill and administrative site.• Maintaining money market accounts that comply with statutory collateralization requirements.• Providing all necessary reporting, security controls, online banking capabilities, and technology integrations to support agency financial systems.• Administering a purchase card (P–Card) program for authorized agency users.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 9, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
